ProteinQure is a computational platform for protein drug discovery that partners with pharma to deliver experimentally validated novel chemical matter. It focuses on designing novel small proteins optimized for binding, specificity, immunogenicity, serum stability and other pharmacokinetic properties. It has six commercial partnerships with pharma, including its first with AstraZeneca and two additional top 25 pharma companies. ProteinQure is currently looking for more partners to help with early-stage hit identification and lead optimization in the biologics space. It also has a small portfolio of homing peptides for delivering therapeutic payloads to specific tissues.
